In this hands-on class, join Chef Terry as he demonstrates three innovative ways to serve potatoes as a stunning side dish.
Begin the class with a full-flavored chili-roasted tomato potato tart that is simple to make and will fancy up any plate, then move on to crispy potato smoked salmon tostadas with poblano cream sauce. Instead of a featureless glob of mashed potatoes weighing down your plate, Chef Terry encourages creativity with a greenery-studded mixture of creamy potatoes and tender cabbage in an Irish colcannon potato with bleu cheese.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
