The Caribbean doesn't take breakfast lightly. These hearty island dishes are one of the world's most satisfying ways to begin the day. In this hands-on class, Chef Terry will present you with a variety of sweet and savory Caribbean breakfast fares to be enjoyed at any time of day.
Begin in breakfast heaven with an incredibly indulgent lobster sweet corn basil frittata while the authenticity of the chorizo breakfast burrito transports you to seaside bliss. End on cloud nine with Bimini French toast topped with a bourbon coconut cream reduction.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
