In this hands-on class, Chef Terry brings a lineup of Italian recipes that are simple and will wow guests at any dinner party. The skills in this class will expand your culinary knowledge and instill an understanding of Italian cuisine as you craft this three-course menu.
Give dinner party guests the VIP treatment with divine goat cheese truffles and a panzanella salad that manages to be light and fresh, but still hearty and filling. Lastly, the creamy, complex risotto, perhaps the epitome of Italian home cooking, never fails to impress.
