Cooking Class - Seafood Lovers Spread
In this hands-on class, Chef Shelley invites all seafood lovers to gather in the kitchen to create a fabulous three-course meal from the bounty of the sea.
You will begin with a demonstration on mussels Roberto — a twist on a savory seafood favorite — with applewood smoked bacon, fresh herbs, beer, and clam juice used to enhance the broth to be sopped up with French crusty bread. Next up, jumbo tiger shrimp tossed in scampi and served over spaghetti squash. Lastly, colorful and sweet mixed berry shortcakes finalizes the spread.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
