Come and experience this iconic, elegant morning fare with a West Coast twist in this hands-on class. Chef Cat will demystify the art of making the perfect bagel with that little extra bite of San Francisco flavor, using a naturally fermented wild-yeast leaven.
Shape, boil, and bake chewy, complex bagels that have a perfectly crackly thin crust and soft, fluffy interior. Plain, sesame, poppy seed, and everything bagels will be handcrafted to enjoy with all the fixings, including tangy cream cheese, smoked salmon, pickled red onion, capers, and refreshing cucumber.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
