With more innovation and creativity than ever before, Chef Robin assumes a modern take on bistro cooking — food exuding timeless bistro tastes with stunning flavor combinations to take it to the next level. This class showcases impressive recipes and techniques you will learn and be able to recreate at home.
Begin by making a fresh radicchio salad featuring seasonal fruit, then it's onto a grilled flank steak rubbed with spices. Next up is handmade pasta, then learn your new favorite twist on ice cream served with roasted or grilled fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
