Learn kitchen techniques and how to prepare healthy meals, including how to incorporate protein, fresh produce, and carbohydrates into your diet for a well balanced dish.
The best part: you will also learn how to season properly, so that your healthy dish is also palate pleasing. Every meal is covered in this class, from breakfast all the way to dessert (yes, desserts can be healthy, too!).
