Making your own succulent ramen at home is easier than you may think, especially when by the side of a true professional who is a passionate devotee of the dish. Chef Rick gets you comfortable with the basics so you can serve this popular favorite at your own dinner table.
This class allows you to gain hands-on insight into the various styles, methods, and ingredients that make each ramen dish featured on the menu a memorable experience for the tastebuds. Additionally, the key elements of broth, seasonings, noodles, and toppings will be explored in full.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
