Chef Nick was absolutely amazing! From the moment he came into the door he fit right in with my partner and I. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and we couldn’t recommend him enough. The food was spectacular and he turned a steak non-believer into a steak lover. If you’re seeking to have a lovely date night we would highly recommend chef Nick!

I've rediscovered french toast after eating Chef Nicholas' "tipsy" interpretation of this popular classic--very decadent! A chef who knows his food and has no problem sharing his knowledge to you as he shows you how to break apart roasted duck, make a roulade using fish, or the basic techniques of French cuisine.
Chef Nick started his culinary career washing dishes, working his way up the ranks before deciding to head to the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in New York. For the last 7 years he has taken his cumulative expertise to the classroom, where he shares his passion for local agriculture and quality, nutritionally dense foods with future chefs.
