Chef Nicole will teach you how to prepare a Moroccan feast featuring flavors and spices from the most famous North African cuisine. From a refreshing carrot salad with dates and parsley to a richly satisfying chicken tagine served with millet to a nuanced and floral orange blossom cake with figs, this class will give you the skills and knowledge to take your own culinary journey to the Maghreb.
