Make fresh fettuccine and a delicious Bolognese sauce in this fun, hands-on pasta class.

This cooking class in Memphis turns fresh pasta into your new personality trait. Join Chef Ebony for a hands-on Italian feast where flour, eggs and a little determination become silky ribbons of fettuccine. You’ll mix, knead, roll and cut pasta from scratch before building a Bolognese sauce with ground meat, tomatoes, aromatics and herbs.

 

Expect cozy flavors, beginner-friendly guidance and at least one moment where you dramatically say, “I made this?” Once the pasta meets the sauce, dinner is officially upgraded. Come hungry, bring your best twirl technique and leave with bragging rights worthy of Sunday dinner!

Chef Ebony was great! She came prepared with all the insights for a very practical approach to Gnocchi with Pesto and a delightful Tiramisu. Would recommend for any event and will look for future opportunities to have her back!
