In this hands-on baking class, you'll have the opportunity to color, fill, and decorate your way to macaron glory with an indulgent selection of ingredients to personalize your own creations that are at the same time crunchy and airy. With an assortment of flavors, fillings and colors to choose from, the sky is the limit! After class, you'll box up your macaron creations for friends and family back home to savor...or save them for yourself.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Pastry Chef Katie is super sweet! We had a fantastically fun and instructive time taking her French Macaroon class in Brooklyn. She has a professional and comfortable cooking/class space.

After earning status as a proud alumnus of New York’s award-winning International Culinary Center, Chef Katie went on to hone her craft working at various renowned fine dining establishments in New York City, including Le Cirque, The Russian Tea Room, and more. Now the owner of a culinary studio and event space, Chef Katie has been featured on popular shows like Food Network's Sweet Genius, Chopped and The Today Show as well as in magazines and cookbooks.
