In this cooking class, Chef Elisabetta will show you how to prepare an impressive 4-course Italian dinner. You'll learn to make a seasonal risotto that will sweep you back to Northern Italy and veal saltimbocca that really will seem to jump into your mouth ('saltimbocca' comes from Italian meaning 'jumps in the mouth')!
You'll end the night learning how to prepare perfect panna cotta with the most luxurious texture. You're certain to leave the class with the knowledge to prepare an impressive meal for your own friends and family and maybe even with plans to visit the beautiful country of Italia.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
