I'm no vegan, and don't think I could ever be (I love cheese too much), but if I could regularly eat Chef Rozanna's food I would certainly consider it! She's a great teacher, very friendly and supportive.

I've run my own catering company in the Bay area since 1995, and have been cooking for more than 30 years. I was inspired to start cooking when my daughter was born so that she would grow up learning with me. I believe that the best cooking is done out of love, not ego.
