Begin the evening by crafting a feta cheese and herb wrap with tzatziki dressing for a light bite. Next, prepare a Persian appetizer of marinated olives with walnuts, mint and pomegranate. Journey Culinary and chef Deborah Dupuis hosted a private cooking class for my family group of 6. They readily helped arrange a menu alternative to meet a dietary restriction for one of our group. Chef Deborah was friendly and informative as we moved through meal preparation. The Italian meal we created was delicious! The space was intimate and we very much enjoyed the activity together as a family. We plan to go back and we recommend Journey Culinary to others.
