Chef Joy brings her Thai roots to this fun cooking class where we created some zesty, traditional Thai dishes like Som Tum salad and a Tom Yum Zaab spicy soup. Joy was very patient and knowledgeable.

Chef Joy has been in the kitchen professionally for about six years and has enjoyed teaching cooking techniques for three years. The Thailand native, who focuses on spicy Thai cuisine, launched a meal delivery service in 2016 to provide healthy and convenient meals for Brooklynites. Chef Joy uses only the finest and freshest ingredients to make meals she has been cooking her entire life.
