This cooking class explores the bold flavors of coastal Spain with a classic seafood dish, traditional spices, and authentic techniques. With the guidance of Chef Yani, craft a three-course menu.

You’ll begin by learning high-heat sautéing to preparing gambas al ajillo with shrimp, garlic, lemon and chile flakes, served with sourdough. Next, build authentic seafood paella with mussels, shrimp, saffron bomba rice and chistorra. Master layering flavors and achieving the perfect texture for this beloved dish. She is well-versed in a wide variety of cuisines, enabling her to accommodate requests and dietary needs. As a well-travelled chef, she has been in contact with many cultures, which clearly shows in the menus she creates. If you are looking for a memorable experience, Chef Yani is your best bet!
