Learn how to turn fresh ingredients into bright Mediterranean meals.
This Mediterranean cooking class celebrates fresh flavor and vibrant color. Working alongside esteemed Chef Yani, you'll prepare some beloved dishes from scratch, ensuring you'll walk away with the authentic cooking techniques used to recreate these flavors at home.

Begin with homemade hummus infused with lemon, cumin and olive oil and make herb-marinated Greek lemon chicken drizzled in white wine and Feta cheese. For dessert, you'll bring it all together with a light balsamic vinegar berry dessert made with yogurt, honey and plenty of red berries. Register for this exciting class today.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
