My husband and I completed a hands-on "A Culinary Journey Through India" cooking class with Chef Satish, and he was amazing. He led us step by step through each of the recipes and the food we prepared was delicious. He was also very friendly and it felt comfortable cooking with him in our kitchen.

The food was INCREDIBLE! We agreed the dosa was better than any dish we'd had at an Indian restaurant. It felt very fancy to have a private chef; we hung out in the kitchen playing cards and sipping wine while Chef Satish served us one dish at a time. I will say that if I were to do it again, I'd probably do a class instead, as I would've liked to at least watch the cooking process more. Chef Satish prepared about half of the dishes before coming to our house and heated them up. We had zero complaints about freshness, quality, and flavor, but it did make the experience go by quickly (about an hour). I think that's just the nature of the "private chef" experience (it was our first time, so we didn't know what to expect). Oh, and Chef Satish was super friendly and pleasant! He was talkative when we engaged him but also gave us some privacy to enjoy the special date night.
