This class includes tricks on shucking oysters, and methods to filet and slice fish for a tangy jalapeño lime carpaccio. Chef Bahr will explain how to clean salmon for fresh poke and how to prepare a seafood paella. After enjoying these fruits of the sea, you'll finish your seafood education on a sweet note with rich chocolate custard served with berries and shortcake crumbles.
