WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make customized hummus at home with professional Chef Daniel.
Chef Daniel shows guests how to create tasty hummus from scratch with a variety of flavors in this cooking class. He brings years of culinary experience and passion to this fun culinary session.

Learn how to blend hummus using your favorite flavors and seasonings, like basil, roasted red pepper, jalapeño or sun-dried tomatoes. Chef Daniel will then walk you through making a great chicken shawarma with garlic and herb pita bread, cucumber salad, tzatziki and basmati rice. Finish your Middle Eastern menu with a lemon olive oil cake, served with berries and ice cream and you’ll have an eclectic, fun menu you’ll want to recreate at home again and again.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
