With step-by-step guidance from Chef Cristina or a resident chef, young cooks will prepare global-inspired menus featuring tostadas and horchata, steamed buns, cheeseburger macaroni, Italian classics and French favorites. Each day focuses on practical skills, teamwork and tasting new flavors. We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didn’t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other people’s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and that’s absolutely great—we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

Didn’t have Christina but our chef was amazing! So kind and informative! I learned that if the chicken sticks to the pan it’s not ready to flip! Had such an amazing time!

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by! It would have been nice to have our own table to work with but still lovely working with the other pair next to us
