We all know how incredibly satisfying a delectable treat can be. Your mouth waters at the sight and aroma of a French pastry baked to perfection.
This class introduces you to classic French baking. Prepare heavenly cream puffs as you have never had them before, complete with exquisite whipped crème and chocolate sauce. Almonds give a higher class to any pastry, and our chef will guide you as you create an almond cake, known as a Financier-Almond Pastry, that is as rich as it is alluring. If you have always wanted to make a tarte, but thought it was too difficult, you are now in luck. This class gives you the basic skills needed to make this seemingly complicated dessert. Fancy yourself a luscious macaron? Our chef will show you how to make your very own in her exclusive French Macarons class. The menu changes weekly, so stay tuned to the next sweet treat that our chef will have to offer.

Meet your chef
Chef Lisa's love for good food is inextricably linked to her curious nature, passion for adventure and desire for connection. These were qualities that burgeoned in the kitchens of her youth and came into full fruition when she moved to Québec and then France to learn French and then attend cooking school. She was driven to immerse herself in both the language and culture and cooking school in French seemed the perfect outcome.
