What You’ll Do

Sign your child up for daily cooking practice in this guided cooking series.

Give your child a full culinary experience in this interactive cooking series in McLean, spanning five exciting days. With support from Chef Charles or a resident chef, students will cook a new menu each day, from pineapple buns and empanadas to baked lasagnas and chocolate lava cake. Along the way, they’ll practice teamwork, knife skills and safe kitchen habits. This cooking class in McLean wraps up with a printed menu, graduation certificate and skills kids can use long after the week ends.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
