Cook a comforting seasonal feast in this fun cooking class in Arlington. Guided by Chef Scott or a resident chef, you’ll make pork tenderloin stuffed with Tuscan kale, a bright apple and fennel salad, butternut squash gratin and apple bread pudding topped with caramel sauce. Along the way, you’ll practice classic cooking methods and balance rich and refreshing flavors. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
