With Chef Patti’s expert guidance, you’ll learn the basics of dough-kneading, sauce-making and safe knife skills. The menu begins with colorful Caprese skewers, followed by individual pizzas topped with your choice of homemade pesto or marinara sauce and gourmet toppings.
