Explore the rich harmony of sweet and savory as you cook with Bourbon.
Discover the sweet and savory side of Bourbon-inspired dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by Chef Kim Monique, you’ll prepare a gourmet seasonal menu including bourbon-glazed salmon, sweet potato mash and salted caramel bread pudding.

Hone your knife skills and master vinaigrette emulsification for an arugula and pear salad topped with candied pecans. Then, learn pan-searing and Bourbon glazing techniques as you prepare perfectly tender salmon. Whip up a brown sugar-kissed sweet potato mash and finally, create a decadent salted caramel bread pudding with a luscious vanilla bourbon sauce, exploring custard-making and caramelization. Reserve this cooking class today.
