Explore the bold colors and flavors of Morocco with this dynamic four-course menu. You will learn the recipes to a butternut squash soup seasoned with almonds and ginger, a fennel and orange salad with a honey and cardamom vinaigrette, and a lamb tagine with chermoula sauce. End your feast with flaky baklava fragranced with orange blossoms and pot of invigorating mint tea.
Chef Hassan has will use share traditional family recipes and techniques along with how best to prepare each course -- most dished will be prepare in a classic clay pot, typified in Morocco cuisine. With over 10 years of experience, Chef Hassan's love of cooking and entertaining will make for a memorable evening.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
