Chef Elham brings her elegant cooking style and expertise to this class for passionate food lovers who want to perfect their cooking skills. Guests will learn how to roll tart dough, caramelize onions, make a pan sauce, and prepare a chocolate mousse.
Cooking becomes educational and fun as Chef Elham guides you through creating delicious, French café recipes. You’ll learn how to make a caramelized onion and goat cheese tart from start to finish, compose a fresh country herb salad, and make chicken breasts with morel mushrooms without drying out the chicken. The dessert course will school you on making an excellent chocolate mousse — an invaluable skill for any chocolate lover.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
