Celebrate the bounty of the season in this Italian-inspired cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). You’ll start with a roasted autumn squash salad layered with arugula and Gorgonzola, then prepare classic chicken cacciatore with hearty Parmesan polenta. To finish, Chef Andrea or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you in making maple budino topped with whipped cream for a cozy fall dessert. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.

Not a good cooking class. Venue was tight. Chef was pushy and rushed. We skipped making ice cream
