Cooking Class - Sweet and Savory Italian Fall

What You’ll Do

Master the art of cozy Italian dinners with seasonal flair.

Dig into fall comfort food with this hands-on Italian cooking class in Houston. Join Chef Jaken or one of the talented resident chefs to make sweet potato gnocchi with brown butter and sage, then wrap chicken in prosciutto and finish it with a marsala wine sauce. For dessert, you’ll whip up espresso chocolate mousse with fresh whipped cream. This cooking experience in Houston is all about learning satisfying techniques and building a full, cozy meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
