In the spirit of Oktoberfest, this cooking class offers the chance to get to the heart of German cuisine. Sign up, and you’ll learn from a renowned Chef Hannah how to create a feast that’s perfect for pairing with your chosen draught!
Think crock pot beer cheese and pretzel bites, chicken schnitzel with mustard-cream sauce and pickles and fresh spaetzle with cider-braised cabbage. Need something sweet? Don’t worry, black forest trifle (served in Champagne flutes) is sure to curb your cravings in German gourmet style. Book this culinary session to bring this beloved German festival to your kitchen.
Please note that cats and dogs are present at the venue of the Chef– guests with allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to plan accordingly.

My favorite moments was just chatting and getting to know Hannah, she created such a beautiful and inviting atmosphere she made it very easy for us all to relax and enjoy the company. We learned so much about French cuisine and how to prepare in particular our French onion soup she showed us different cutting techniques like a “roll cut” what I really stuck with was when showed us the easiest of making a crème Bruele I’ll make that all the time now! Overall I loved would recommend it again, and I actually plan going to one of Hannah’s lovely dinners soon. Thank you so much for this experience.

We had the best evening at Chef Hannah’s apartment. She’s a very experienced chef who offers a great education resulting in a delicious meal. It was an intimate experience and we were fortunate that the other couple in the class was fun and enjoyable. It made for an evening of good food and group dynamics. Chef Hannah’s class is casual, homey and perfect for those looking for a small group experience. It is not cooking school style, but more creative with lots of direct, personal interaction with the chef. This was absolutely the right experience for us and the other couple who attended, but might not meet expectations for someone looking for a fancy experience.

I’m following up again regarding my previous messages about a credit for the class I was unable to attend — as mentioned during our earlier communication. I have yet to receive a response, and I’m hoping for some clarification on the matter. To be transparent, I was not informed that the class would take place in someone’s private home, which made me uncomfortable and is not something I would have knowingly agreed to. Additionally, I was not made aware of any cancellation policy at the time of booking. I’ve reviewed all email correspondence and materials and was unable to locate any policy outlining this. If I’ve overlooked it, please feel free to direct me to where I can find it. While I understand that I may not be eligible for a refund, it’s unclear how Chef Hannah was able to retain both the full $100 and the ingredients — which I was told I paid for. I would appreciate an explanation, as this resolution doesn’t seem reasonable given the circumstances. If there is no possibility of a credit or resolution, I would have appreciated transparency about that from the beginning. I look forward to hearing from you and hope to settle this matter respectfully.
