While your pasta cooks to a perfect al dente, whip up a fresh tomato-based sauce seasoned with garlic, onions and herbs. Chef Roxy was great. She gave us a lot of options and the food turned out delicious. The recipes and ingredient list didn't match exactly, and that was confusing.

This class is amazing!! We are new to plant based eating and wanted to discover some new recipes. We love Carpaccio and were pleasantly surprised that this is a carpaccio recipe! Roxy is amazing! It is so fun to have a chef in our kitchen remotely! Roxy showed us a new way to cook eggplant that we can use is many different recipes!! She also helped us with our knives skills and other tips/tricks for the kitchen. Take this class you will love it! It’s a great gift as well. The final result is delicious! We could not stop eating it! And we can make it in advance for company! Our only mistake was not taking pictures to share! We will be looking for other classes taught by Roxy!

Chef Roxy was amazing! My dad and I took her class for his birthday, and we had a blast! Not only did the food turn out absolutely delicious, but she was so patient and encouraging...and so so friendly! We would definitely take another class with her!
