Start by mixing flour, eggs and water to create pasta dough, then knead, roll and slice it into thick, ribbon-like pappardelle. While your pasta cooks to a perfect al dente, whip up a fresh tomato-based sauce seasoned with garlic, onions and herbs. Finally, toss everything together and top it off with creamy feta crumbles for a rich, tangy finish.

Chef Roxy was amazing! My dad and I took her class for his birthday, and we had a blast! Not only did the food turn out absolutely delicious, but she was so patient and encouraging...and so so friendly! We would definitely take another class with her!

This was an amazing class, Chef Roxy was great to offer substitution options as my family has food allergies and she was very patient and encouraging each step of the way. The falafels and hummus have been a hit in our home and has increased my confidence and knowledge with deep frying. In fact, I was able to make some falafels for my son's chickpea immunotherapy test, and he was able to get through it, since the falafels were SO TASTY!! I look forward to taking more classes with Chef Roxy in the future :)
