What You’ll Do

Uncover chocolate secrets in a fun, hands-on dessert experience with three stunning recipes.

Take part in an indulgent cooking class perfect for chocolate lovers wanting to learn about creating beautiful, hand-crafted dessert goodies. You will be doing hands-on work alongside a top-rated chef known for five-star sweet sensations with a unique twist. Learn to temper chocolate to create a golden honeycomb crunch, roll beautiful espresso amaretto truffles and to get the perfect rise on a decadent, silky smooth, spoon-sized soufflé. This experience will provide lots of techniques with chocolate, combining flavours and plating that care transferable skills to build confidence in the kitchen.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
