What You’ll Do

Bake seasonal treats including caramel apple tartlets and rich chocolate-cranberry brownies.

This cooking class features the warm and comforting flavors of fall represented in three delicious baked goods. A 5-star chef will walk guests through the process of making buttery caramel apple tartlets, a rich chocolate and cranberry brownie and a silky maple pot de crème. You'll also learn about flaky tart dough, adding bold flavors using seasonal ingredients and smooth custards and crème. This class is a fun-filled and delicious way to continue developing your baking skills while enjoying the sweet, warm flavors of fall.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We didn't have Chef Scott, but the chef we had was a lot of fun and very informative. And the donuts and fritters we made are the best we have ever had!

A fun class overall! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to do a whole lot of cooking though because of the limited outlets the chef made most of the sauces. It was a lot of watching and not a whole lot of doing which was a little disappointing. Also, it wasn’t made clear in the sign up that we would be paired with a random couple. Overall, I think the class expectations need to be laid out more clearly in the sign up.
