With roots going back to the 1300’s, tartlets have endured the test of time and have continued to be a delectable dessert that compliments a variety of meals. Now you can experience the fun of preparing these French treats for yourself with the instruction of Chef Ming, a culinary artist that maintains a genuine excitement for passing on her knowledge with students who are eager to learn. In her class, you will have the opportunity to create a diverse array of tartlets to enjoy.
Begin your experience with two succulent tartlets; refreshing asparagus, goat cheese, and cherry tomato, along with scrumptious mushroom, spinach, and pecorino. Then, continue with either luscious caramel walnut or decadent chocolate truffle, and complete your class with glorious fig custard.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
