It was so fun learning to make cream puffs and eclairs with Kim! She was really happy to give us lessons on piping technique and taught us about different meringues and pastry creams. So great to be able to pick her pastry chef brain for a few hours!

Chef Kim was amazing! Such a treat to host in my home and very knowledgable about the art of baking macarons. The full experience was brought to us - all bakeware, ingredients, as well as tips and tricks we would not have learned on our own. She taught us 3 different baking styles and multiple flavors to indulge in. Baking macarons has been a steep learning curve and we are so grateful to learn from an expert! I highly recommend Chef Kim.

My husband, my 11 year old daughter and I all had such a fun time! Chef Kim is so knowledgeable and experienced. The pasteries tasted great and we learned so much. We now have recipes we will be sure to use next time we have friends over. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of French and other European pastries. This was a great experience. It's nice that the teaching takes place in our own kitchen, which made my son & I comfortable. Chef Kim was extremely knowledgeable & we learned so much from her. The eclairs & cream puffs turned out delicious! We can't wait to take another class with Chef Kim.

Chef Kim was great. She asked if we preferred to watch or if we wanted a hands on course. When we said hands on, she walked us through each step and let us do everything. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, because she left about 45 minutes early and we didn't get to the profiteroles or the gruyère. We made a ton of éclairs and cream puffs though! She added a merengue option as a filling that I wasn't expecting, but I was bummed about missing the savory option. If you've never taken a pastry class this was a great first step. It's not like cooking where you can eyeball ingredients and cook and taste, cook more and taste again. You'll measure everything by weight or else it won't come together. Overall exciting class and amazing cream puffs and éclairs.

So friendly and very professional! Me and my girl learned so much and look forward to making those delicious desserts for our selves and future get togethers! I look forward to taking more classes in the future. We both enjoyed every minute of the class which was done in the comfort of our own kitchen! Chef Kim is experienced, knowledgeable, and so sweet. She knows what she's doing and can tell you exactly why it all works together but if you just want to come in and learn how to make AMAZING light and delicious cream puffs you can with this class.
