Living in San Diego provides not only an unparalleled experience in terms of beautiful weather and spectacular beaches, it is also notable for its locally-grown bounty of fruits and vegetables. Having trained in the culinary arts since childhood, Chef Fabrice relishes sharing the knowledge that comes with his notable career, from graduating with honors from the distinguished L'ecole Hoteliere De Nice to preparing gourmet meals for VIP’s. Delve into a menu that incorporates the colors, flavors and scents of the season.
This class covers the preparation of a delightful gazpacho with Cavaillon melon, followed by the creation of your choice of either delectable sweet corn risotto with roasted fennel or mouthwatering niçoise salad. For dessert, learn to prepare a decadent apricot tart with amaretti cookie cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Fabrice is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
Chef Fabrice can host up to 5 guests at his home in North Clairemont or travel to you to host up to 16 in your home. Please specify which location you prefer when booking by selecting the option for 'Chef's Place' or 'My Place.'
