Baking Class - Tuscan Breads

Explore the distinct varieties of a classic Tuscan staple with your special someone.

Learn the process of creating authentic breads from central Italy with a chef that is thoroughly familiar with Tuscan cuisine and relishes passing on decades-old family recipes that have inspired her since childhood. Chef Marty provides a fun and personalized atmosphere and greatly enjoys hosting. Your special date night becomes an opportunity to share in the experience of baking traditional Tuscan breads that are a true delight to the palate and will compliment a variety of meals both Italian and otherwise.

You’ll begin your class by learning to create a scrumptious pane di campagna, a bread that is simple to prepare and suitable for any occasion. Continue with a mouthwatering pizza bianca that is similar to certain types of focaccia. Your class concludes with a pane rustico con olive that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
