Team Building - Al Fresco Grilling
In this team building class, Chef Jordan invites you and your team to join him in searing it up as your colleagues prepare a mouthwatering three-course menu. Some of the recipes your team can look forward to include a sweet and smoky marinated bourbon and brown sugar tri-tip as well as balsamic-herb roasted portobellos, zucchini, squash and rainbow peppers. Finish the meal with a classic peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
