Our family booked a paella cooking class with Chef Jordan for my mother in law's 70th birthday. Jordan was very professional and showed up with all the supplies for the cooking class. He used every opportunity to teach us about how to use the knives and how to prepare/cut different ingredients. Paella is something we would have never attempted on our own, and it was awesome to have a hands on experience to learn how to make it. Jordan goes above & beyond teaching and encouraging you to reimagine how simple and easy cooking can be. We loved the emphasis on using high grade and locally sourced ingredients. We made chicken broth from scratch and were able to use the leftover both & chicken for a dinner dish later in the week. All around this was an incredible experience and an excellent way to elevate your gatherings! Thank you Jordan!
