Cooking Class - Warm Evening Dining

What You’ll Do

Prepare a delicious farmer's market feast that's bursting with flavor.

Bring the season’s best fruit and veggies to your plate with this hands-on cooking class. Led by a gourmet chef, you’ll learn to balance sweet, salty and savory in every dish, starting with a refreshing watermelon salad. Then, toss spaghetti with sweet corn, bacon and cherry tomatoes. Grill crisp sugar snap peas and whip up an aioli and finish on a sweet note with a warm blueberry cornbread cobbler.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
