Couples Cooking Class - Cooking Vegan for 2

Bring your sweetie and learn how to make a meat and dairy free Italian meal!

You may think it would be impossible to make a traditional Italian supper without the use of animal products, but Chef Judith can show you how. With over 10 years of experience, Chef Judith has the know-how to teach you to cook up your own vegan feast inspired by Italian tradition.

You will learn how to create a fresh and flavorful zucchini noodle spaghetti topped with a savory stew. Chef Judith will also show both yourself and your date how to make a classic caprese salad with a vegan alternative for fresh mozzarella cheese. Grab your significant other and prepare for a light and healthy date night like no other!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Judith teaches a great class. The food we learned to cook was great, but we also learned several subtleties about cooking and preparing food that you can only learn from a professional chef. I preferred this personal class to other larger group cooking classes I've taken.
