Create a luscious Italian feast for two completely from scratch.

Handcraft a classic chicken marsala together in the comfort of your home in this cozy cooking class for two. Chef Tanya will guide you through techniques and recipes for creating a flawless three-course Italian feast.

The first course features fresh endive leaves bursting with walnuts and goat cheese. Then, prepare a decadent chicken marsala and a fresh broccolini almandine gremolata. Choose between a rich rice pilaf or angel hair pasta, both studded with shallots and fresh herbs. A sweet double almond biscotti with Talento gelato ends the meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tanya was superb! She exceeded our expectations. She taught me some basics, answered all my questions without overloading me with information that I didn't need. She had us work with her but she did most of the cooking. She wouldn't allow me to assist in the clean-up insisting that I eat while the food was hot. And the food was DELICIOUS! We have enough for a second night, which I am looking forward to. After eating, what better way to end the meal in your home with a spotless kitchen. I will definitely be looking for a return visit from this incredible Chef!
