Upgrade your culinary skills by learning some Italian classics in this hands-on cooking class. A top-rated chef will teach you some classic Italian cooking techniques while you explore the history behind these popular dishes.

In this lesson, you'll learn how to make a healthy shaved ham and chicories salad with anchovy dressing to pair with creamy lemon ricotta gnocchi served with a tasty pesto and peas. For dessert, you'll bake a cozy strawberry crostata with vanilla gelato. Book today!
