Couples Cooking Class - Empanada Making for 2

Enjoy a private cooking class with your sweetie and learn to make homemade empanadas

Mix date night up when you join Chef Jillian and learn how to make an array of mouthwatering empanadas. With years of culinary experience and Argentine roots, Chef Jillian will walk you through the creation of four varieties of the classic South American dish. Of the four empanada filling options, you will have your choice of two.

You will start of the evening with a traditional Argentine beef empanada complemented with green olives. Next, curried sweet potato, pinto beans, and fresh corn will be wrapped in savory pastry and served with a cilantro lime aioli. Your third empanada will be stuffed with tender, spicy peach pork shoulder and pickles. Last but not least, you’ll learn how to make an irresistible harissa chicken empanada with green pimento olives. You’ll also enjoy fragrant saffron rice and Spanish pickles throughout the evening to accompany each empanada.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
