What You'll Do

Master classic Italian dishes and discover new favorites.

Transport your senses to Tuscany with an immersive cooking class that blends indulgence and rustic charm. You’ll practice sautéing spicy shrimp tossed with tender linguine, assemble vibrant Caprese salad dressed in pesto vinaigrette and grill squash to perfection, topping it with whipped ricotta and mint gremolata. For dessert, there's a silky prosecco zabaglione with fresh berries with your name on it, making for the perfect sweet finish.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We cooked a Japanese dinner. Caleb gave a lot of great advice. Everything turned out delicious.

This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and I’d be happy to try another again!

We attended the French Bistro prime rib dinner with Chef Erin. She was extremely knowlegeable and delightful. We would definitely do it again. There were a couple of concerns, however. With 12 people attending it was difficult for Erin to field all the questions and keep on track. Additionally, the noise from the overhead fans while grilling the steaks made it difficult to hear her. We would prefer a smaller, more intimate group.
