Cooking Class - Seasonal Spanish Fare

Learn Chef Marlene’s secrets to a perfect four course paella meal.

Feast on fresh Spanish fare with a traditional four course paella dinner. Chef Marlene adds an inventive flair to classic Spanish dishes to enhance traditional flavors with exciting new ingredients.

The menu begins with a peppery rocket salad topped with succulent baked red pepper and spicy chorizo. Light, fresh gazpacho is paired with a traditional rich, Spanish tortilla. Master a classic paella, full of warm flavorful rice studded with tender chicken and spices. Dinner ends on a sweet note with bunuelos de viento, a crisp golden Spanish fritter dusted with sugar.

A vegetarian option is available for each course, upon request. Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy with the meal. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Marlene is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.

Chef Marlene was really amazing! We had a great experience learning French cuisine from her. Not only that all the courses were delicious, she also told us insight story behind one of the dish. This was a bridal shower event and the bride really loved the experience and time spent together cooking with her girlfriends. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a bonding/ teamwork event.
