Market Tour + Class - Farmers' Market Brunch

Tour San Francisco's oldest farmers' market & create a luxurious brunch.

Chef Douglas will meet you at 9:00am, where you will tour the market and meet the vendors. During this tour Chef Douglas will buy different ingredients for the subsequent brunch. You will taste everything from strawberries to honey to olive oil. On your way back to Chef Douglas's beautiful Bernal Heights townhouse, you will stop at a local bakery for fresh croissants and other pastries. You will also visit a local fish market and a butcher shop to complete Chef Douglas's scrumptious brunch menu.

The menu will change depending on what you find at the market but you might learn to make fresh jam and biscuits, a vegetable frittata, corn cakes with salsa, or an apple galette.

Bring your appetite because this is one luxurious brunch!

The price for this tour covers the costs for everything, including the ingredients for the brunch.

Note: Chef Douglas cooks with fresh, local and organic ingredients, when possible. Occasionally, certain products are not available. When this happens, Chef Douglas will substitute the ingredients or dish with something similar.
