When Chef V was growing up, Sundays at her home meant huge family suppers, at times with over fifty guests. This class plays homage to Italian tradition while marrying Chef V’s passion for paleo cooking and conscious eating.
Hand-roasted peppers are the first thing on the menu, a Sunday supper staple. Next, you’ll make a warm and satisfying Caesar salad. The entree is fresh zucchini noodles with your choice of garlic kale pesto or a classic Bolognese for a hearty, low-carb pairing. End on a sweet note with cinnamon raisin chia pudding topped with homemade dairy-free whipped cream and a date drizzle.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
