Cooking Class - Global Holiday Gala

What You’ll Do

Spruce up your festive menu with specialties from around the world.

The worldwide dishes assembled in this joyful cooking class represent some of the best traditional fare from cultures far and near. Follow your expert chef's lead as you create prime rib crusted with earthy pepper rub and topped with horseradish crème fraiche, crispy pan-fried latkes, soothing arugula and roasted squash salad and tempting sweet potato pie bars.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to follow the directions. It turned out awesome and it was delicious! I can't wait to make it again. Looking forward to another cooking class!

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
